Emraan’s post also spoke about the rampant problem of piracy that has been plaguing the industry for a while. In the past, Shahid Kapoor, Alia Bhatt, Kareena Kapoor and Diljit Dosanjh-starrer Udta Punjab, Salman Khan’s Sultan and Great Grand Masti featuring Vivek Oberoi, Riteish Deshmukh and Aftab Shivdasani in lead roles have been leaked online. While Sultan remained largely unaffected, the other two films had to pay the price of the mishap.
We will have to wait and watch if the fourth instalment of the Raaz franchise will be affected by the scenario. Besides Emraan, the film stars Kriti Kharbanda and Gaurav Arora in pivotal roles. It releases on September 16.
